One I wrote myself back in 96 using Borland's Turbo C++ v2.0. It is not used a whole lot so I have not bothered to update it. It was written for Windows 3.1 so I had to write my own date edit and spin controls.

Emacs. The tool I've used the longest, if you want to call it a tool, would be MS-DOS Edit.

I sometimes write code for an emulation of a 30 year old IBM Mainframe. The debugger I run for that is about 25 years old.

I think I've got an even older copy (?) from when it was still called WinCake (I think it was anyway, probably mistaken), but can't see what version it is because I havn't got my floppy reader available for the laptop.

Rock when I can't find a Hammer. Hamme when I can't find my Sword Sword when I can't find my Bow Bow when I can't find my gun. (And this is true. Deer hit me the other day and I didn't have my gun in my trunk so I lookd for my hunting bow, that wasn't there, and my sword/boui knife wasn't in my car either... so I took my hammer out, but the handle was broken so I used a rock to kill the deer so it wouldn't suffer... pretty funny when you think of it haha). oh.. For computers? notepad.

I was thinking what the the tool what I use in my PC. And the conclusion is http://www.getright.com/[^] I have changed Windows versions, tools, needs, internet connection but I have always used GetRight. What is the oldest tool what you still use?

I prefer them to pens. I don't chew pencils but for some reason I chew pens. Leaving the office at 5 with ink all over your face and hands isn't very professional.
