Systray Graph for Network Activity

When you minimize the Task Manager (or Process Explorer) to tray, it shows a mini graph of CPU usage. Someone knows one program that does the same, but to network/internet traffic? I have found some, but shows only green/red lights, or arrows up/down, etc... Bonus for separated graphs to incoming/outgoing traffic. :)

It won't matter if we only check one port. Basically I want to show if the program is sending/receiving data thru a specific socket. Thanks!
