This is my absolute favorite of all the Vista stock wallpapers and there are some very nice images in there: http://www.flickr.com/photos/darwishh/111246412/[^] You really have to see it at 1280X1024 full screen on a razor sharp lcd to truly appreciate it. It's the first wallpaper I've ever had that I could actually just sit and look at, it's so nice that I found out how to move nearly all the icons off the desktop into the Quick Launch area of the start menu just so it wouldn't get covered up. It was taken on the Oregon coast.

Does Vista able to animate that same wallpaper when in screen saver mode? I think it's about time wallpaper can be more than just a wallpaper. :~

I have this wallpaper as my desktop background right now! (I am on on XP but 'borrowed' the wallpapers from my VMWare Server installation of Vista). :)

You're kidding? Some idiot on a power trip, no doubt. :~ I'd have to be really, really desperate to stay in a place that was as petty as that. X|

Shh. If you're an administrator on your PC, you can fix that. We have the same prohibition, except for screen savers.
