To MS: :wtf: <-- see this face? That's the WTF face. Don't make us show our WTF faces. Instead, make things a bit more clearer. Well, that, or the new Calculator.... in 3D!!;P

I'm not impressed by that - I actually watched it count down to 00:00:00 (9am uk time) and now it just says "Times up!". Are they trying to sell anything at all?

I can see some red chair and xxx but just flicking. It simply ends up saying "Times Up" before I even get to do anything... Or even know what this is all about...

For me, it still appears there is 15 minutes or so. I'm on the East Coast. So does that mean they set up a countdown to 9AM, and didn't think that people in other time zones would see it reach zero before their intended deadline of 9AM EST? ;P -Carl -- modified at 8:55 Monday 12th March, 2007 I confirmed this by remoting to a computer on the West Coast...for them the adventure begins 3 hours later!

They might want to run their grammar checker over it as well :) Putting "TIMES UP" in big, bold letters doesn't give me much confidence in their quality control...

In any event I did not look at the site until after 9am, so all I got was Times Up. No countdown or Halo guys or anything?

...your adventure has already begun! I checked in at 9am, and found the same thing...somehow it did not feel quite as adventurous as the countdown. I suppose those watching when it did click over to 00:00:00 could make up all kinds of rumors such as the Halo guys all hopping on a Greyhound bus marked "Redmond"...:-D Cheers, Carl

I understand that the XNA Add-in that :suss: "Uh-hum", works in Vista is supposedly comming out soon. Heck, Visual Studio in Vista still doesn't work fluidly, and that is with the release version SP1 Vista hotfix. Oh well off the subject, sorry.

:wtf: I'm thinking (judging by the robots everywhere), that Microsoft is going to release some kind of robotics programming for VS.

Robotics Studio was released a while back with absolutely no fanfare, and it's pretty good.

I see it as a web site which caused my computer to make sounds. Therefore it is not a web site I'm going to use and I don't give a crap what's there.

I looked yesterday when there were no other replies yet to this, and all I got was a website saying "times up". What's up? What's it about, that's pretty pointless, because everyone who goes there but hears about it too late doesn't get to know what it's about, even if time is in fact up. If it's advertising, it fails. Since other people managed to see it and it is time based, did I miss out because I am in NZ and it was already past the time?
