I usually average around 6 hours. Then there are days when I manage with even 2 hours. I try to make up with a 10 hr sleep after a few 2 hr sleep days. Nish

I'm usually in bed my 1-2am or so and up at 6:30-7am, so I usually get between 4 and 6 hours, which is nowhere near enough, but the product of our differing sleep patterns...Karen doesn't seem to understand the need to get up/crash early so when I try it I usually get woken up again. I gave up after a while. I manage to muddle by with the help of copious quantities of coffee (fortunately I don't take sugar anymore, or I'd be a blimp by now!) With the my marriage, thanks to my wife I'm achieving a sleeping period of 8 hours :-) Before marriage , 4-5 hours ... when was 4/5 hours , many days I only slept 2/3 hours , coding and studing all night long . I still miss my anterior sleeping period :(( , but it's a fact , 8h sleep does well to your body and mind :) Fortunately :omg: , today I'll go to bed at 6/6.30 am , because the training session that I've to prepare to become a Trainer. I love late nights and good reasons to convince my wife that I must be awake all night long  Cheers, Joao Vaz A person who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter, is not a nice person - Natalie Portman (Padme/Amidala of Star Wars)

Usually I sleep between 5-7 hours per night. Even when I was a kid I never slept more than 7 hours. Probably the only time I ever sleep 8 or more hours is when I'm sick. I do however, take naps on the weekend if I can.

I sleep 8 hours a day. Even when I sit late watching TV, I manage to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep :) Smitha It's easy to sit there and say you'd like to have more money. And I guess that's what I like about it. It's easy. Just sitting there, rocking back and forth, wanting that money.

I average about 4 hours a night. When I try to sleep in on weekends, I snap awake after about 5. Personally, I resent the hell out of the hours each night that I'm required to spend unconscious and unproductive.
