How many hours do you sleep daily?
-
I usually average around 6 hours. Then there are days when I manage with even 2 hours. I try to make up with a 10 hr sleep after a few 2 hr sleep days. Nish

I'm usually in bed my 1-2am or so and up at 6:30-7am, so I usually get between 4 and 6 hours, which is nowhere near enough, but the product of our differing sleep patterns...Karen doesn't seem to understand the need to get up/crash early so when I try it I usually get woken up again. I gave up after a while. I manage to muddle by with the help of copious quantities of coffee (fortunately I don't take sugar anymore, or I'd be a blimp by now!) Usually I sleep between 5-7 hours per night. Even when I was a kid I never slept more than 7 hours. Probably the only time I ever sleep 8 or more hours is when I'm sick. I do however, take naps on the weekend if I can.

I sleep 8 hours a day. Even when I sit late watching TV, I manage to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep :) Smitha It's easy to sit there and say you'd like to have more money. And I guess that's what I like about it. It's easy. Just sitting there, rocking back and forth, wanting that money.

I hate you. I'm still wrecked if I have 8 hours sleep. I don't think I'd be able to function on two, at least not without a large caffine dose. ;-) Michael :-)

I average about 4 hours a night. When I try to sleep in on weekends, I snap awake after about 5. Personally, I resent the hell out of the hours each night that I'm required to spend unconscious and unproductive. I always aim for 8 hours, but usually it's between 6 and 7. Although some nights I can sleep for 10 or more hours for no apparent reason. I'm a very light sleeper also - the sound of people talking outside my house is enough to wake me. Simon I need your clothes, your boots, and your copy of VS.NET. Sonork ID 100.10024
