Member ID above 4,000,000

Just curious... I've recently spotted a member with an ID above four million, but the meter in the upper left corner reveals that we still have 2,300 members to go before we reach 4,000,000. :confused: Are certain numbers considered "dirty", like "666,666" and similar?

Correct. The number of members displayed on the homepage is the number of valid sign-ins. This equals 4+ million less a bunch who have left the building.
