Not until one of his lackey's figures out how to blame the change in solar activity on the burning of fossil fuels on the Earth.

See? Correlation, and therefore proof, that the sun, via sunspots, via cosmic rays, creates global warming. Oh, excuse me. Climate change. (there, someone had to say it. I just wanted to be first). Marc

People who say that they will refactor their code later to make it "good" don't understand refactoring, nor the art and craft of programming. -- Josh SmithSo if it's getting hot outside, we could turn down our heaters a bit? (We probably need to change the room to continue that...)

As reported by Slashdot.org http://science.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=07/04/10/0058248[^] "rlp writes "Researchers at the Institute for Astronomy in Zurich are reporting that [0]solar sunspot activity is at a 1000-year peak. Records of sunspots have been kept since 1610. The period between 1645 and 1715 (known as the Maunder Minimum) was a period of very few sunspots. Researchers extended the record by measuring isotopes of beryllium (created by cosmic rays) in Greenland ice cores. Based on both observations and ice core records, we are now at a sunspot peak exceeding solar activity for any time in the past thousand years." no Al Gore doesnt enter debate on the issue because according to him "the debate is over" of course the fact that it isnt is naturally irrelevant hes been challenged rather publically - http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=104&STORY=/www/story/04-03-2007/0004559167&EDATE=[^] and all you can hear is the wind... ;) bryce

...how about "The antithesis of the well known Maunder Maximum which all Aussies and Kiwis know is about 1 middy of light beer on a good day"?
