Multi lingual windows

I have Vista ultimate installed (don't even ask what I think about it :( ). Since my mother-in-law is now staying with us, and she speaks Polish (we're working on teaching her english, but that's going to be a while), I was wondering if it would be possible to have her Vista user account be set up to use Polish, as opposed to english. Is this possible? Or is selecting the UI language a global setting, something done for the whole OS?

Apparently this *is* possible with Vista Ultimate. However, it would appear that the Polish language pack is not yet released. If anyone knows differently, feel free to post something :)

There are a lot more language packs available than Windows Update shows (available from http://www.microsoft.com/industry/government/locallanguage/[^]), but Polish seems to be missing.

Guess so, I've been shovelling non-english european MSDN Windows discs away for years. before anyone says it, no you cant opt out X| and if Microsoft came up with an online msdn subscription that didn't involve a big box/contents that get binned, plus a tiny card with an activation code I might renew in June (ooops 200 pounds off the price please) :P
