      I find this telling:

"Today's decision is alarming," Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote in dissent. She
said the ruling "refuses to take ... seriously" previous Supreme Court decisions on
      abortion.

I have two questions for her: 1. Why should the precedent of a ruling that was not based in any constitutional law transcend the constitution? 2. What does she think about the Dred Scott Case[^]?

Remember dear Ruth looks to Europe for her legal opinions, not the Constituition.

Now you're just trying to confuse her.

Good for them. Maybe this will lead to the end of abortion. We also need to step up efforts to outlaw capital punishment.

You're welcome to do that at a state level. Oddly, there is not a supreme court decision that says states do not have the right to outlaw capital punishment.

Its up to women what they decide about their own bodies and whether they should be forced to give birth or not of course not up to men who will never be in that situation anyway and so cannot make judgement regarding the same. Phill

But don't you think that is an opinion that should be settled democratically, instead of being imposed by judicial fiat?

Modern liberalism has never achieved anything other than giving Secularists something to feel morally superior about

I don't give a flying fuck what a woman does to her body, it is the child I'm concerned with. any woman who knowingly solicits someone to crush the skull of an unborn child should be stoned.

Me thinks maybe David was hinting that you are the result of a smashed brain.

In my opinion its no more or less barbaric than any other method. Killing is barbaric by definition.

I made no mention of rights, my only point is that if people want abortions bad enough they will find a means to achieve it.

If that were true I would probably be in some institution being fed with a tube. It was a lame attempt at an insult thats not even effective at invoking any emotion in me.
