My collegues started making fun of me when they found that I am listening to George micheals songs on my new N95 mobile. whats wrong in that..? I care about his music not his s**ual orientation.. His music, voice is good. I feel good and soothing and relaxed . so problem is in the heads of my collegeues or me..? cos now a days they are regularly bring this point forth.

I don't know much about George Michael, but here's a quote for you from one of my favorite songs, Sting's Englishman in New York. Ironically, this song too, is about a man with an alternative lifestyle.

"It takes a man to suffer ignorance and smile Be yourself, no matter what they say" - Sting, "Englishman in New York".

    Cheers, Vıkram.

I saw Wham live, they were my first ever concert. My second was AC/DC -> much better. I love 'Careless Whisper' tho, that's a great song.

The problem with your head is that it likes to listen to George Michaels. The problem with your colleagues' heads is that they've so little else to do that they spend their time hassling you about the music you listen to. All clear? ;)

I saw a guy use this technique back in high school when some guys were picking on him. Every time you see these people refuse to talk about anything but George Michael. Greet them by being droll and sarcastic... say something like, "Hey guys, guess what I am listening to. No REALLY! Guess. You're not going to believe this... but I am listening to George Michael." Be sure to do this moderately loudly so people around you notice. If the people who are bugging you try to change the subject say something like, "yeah, yeah, ok. But don't you guys think it is really funny that I listen to George Michael? I mean, can you really thnk of anything funnier than the fact that I like George Michael? I can't." Then walk away. DO this every time until they say enough already. It will be more embarassing for them than for you. Regards. P.S. to help avoid the George Michael stigma please refrain from wearing bright neon short-shorts... Or if you must wear them, please consider shaving your legs first. The hairy dudes in neon short-shorts is one fad that I hold Mr. Michael accountable for. *shudder*
