Anyone here work with Robotics?

I'm currently working with one of the programs released by Microsoft and I want to know what kinds of software/hardware you work with in the field of robotics?

Which kind of robotics? do you mean anthropomorphic arms and similars or do you mean custom made robots like the ones developed in universities? In my case we work with several brands of robots manufacturers like ABB (http://www.abb.com/robotics[^]) and in all the cases we are using their own software and hardware in order to program them.

what do you consider robotics? I have full-sized remote controlled vehicles, including a fully remoted backhoe. It does a bit more than most robots. :laugh: we won't go into the others. :) but it is all custom work. Some are strictly teleprescence, others are semi-autonomous. I just program what the customer wants. :)
