    Can you run the latest Mac software in VMWare? Does anyone know how you go about it if possible? Oh and by the way... VMWare Workstation is freaking cool!

        I don't think the OS X license permits running it in a virtual machine - so VMWare (and Parallels, for that matter) explicitly disallow it - see this link[^]

          At the moment, without resorting to dodgy hacks, the short answer is no. You need a Mac to run OS X and other Mac software, but on a Mac you can use VMWare to run Windows.

              Yeah Right!!!!!!! That must be why you can't port any music from Ipod to a standard MP3 player.

                Actually you can. If you set the default File format for iTunes to mp3 (You do this via Options i think) and then select all files and select convert to mp3. beware this will create a duplicate file in mp3 format.

                  You can't do that for music you buy from ITMS, however thats not Apple's fault.
