About Ticker in C# Windows Application ,how to solve this problem?

Hello Friends, I hope your are help to me I have using VS2005 and XP prof I developing Ticker module When i open the Ticker it's display top of the screen Now I open any window(mycomputer,any folder like that)opened but that window close button inside the Ticker,So I couldn't close that window. I want when i open Ticker at the time, if any window open all are open bellow the Ticker What i do and how to solve this problem? plz help to me parthasarathy

if u r thinking of something like a splash screen which shuld be available always on top of all the application, set the splashscreen form property- TopMost to true
