Buy one of the Microsoft press books. They are usually more up-to-date than the other publishers. Of course the other publishers may later bring out much better books! Nish

I know that Wrox press books on .Net topics are uptodate and most of them are really cool. But their beginner books are not good, but their proffesional books are really perfect.I have two books about ASP.NET and they are really perfect.I didn't read their C# web services,if you want to buy any of Wrox books first check amazon.com for its ranking. I dont think MC++ is worth learning if I've already started learning C# is it? Like Nish replied to me in an erliar thread, MC++ is basicly unsuported by .NET and has no major advantages over C#.

I'm going to have a "look into" C# myself soon :-)

I think this book would be worth looking at when it comes out: Programming Microsoft .NET by Jeff Prosise Frank Frank@Frank-L.com http://www.Frank-L.com Los Angeles, CA, USA

I got Programming windows with MFC second edition. I decided to get this because I didnt care for or learn anything from my other MFC book(MFC from the ground up). I havent gotten to read much of this yet. I'm at page 21 and so far I like it's style.:)
