        Define "message". Are you thinking of writing both the client and server applications? Is this a chat application? Are you interacting with another application that you did or didn't write? More information is needed to answer this question.

          Hi Dave Thank for ur reply Actualy i wanted to create desktop application where administrator can view his department employees work status, if he found anybody is taking long time then he can communicate to that employee through application. Only Administrator and employee can communicate through application . Hope this will clear ur doubt regards ravi

            This is no different than any other chat application. You just have to add a little bit of security. The way you describe it, it's just another tool for a bad manager to become worse by micro-managing.

              Thanks dave for ur reply and suggestion, but my job is to deliver product its managers choice how they are going to use such application.They have to decide its good or bad. Regards ravi
