I'm not causing trouble. I'm exposing the truth. You stand to learn alot from that if you only paid attention.

No, you're not causing trouble. Just trying to. In order to expose any truth you have to know what and who truth is. If you're in need of attention I am not your man :rose:

I think you have the ignorance market cornered.

"The Judge of all the earth" profoundly disagrees with you so I really don't have to. At least you have deffered to the right authority, the Bible, even if you don't understand a word of it. I'm sorry that you have clearly had such shockingly bad biblical teaching. I'm not going to give you a sermon on salvation, I suspect it would take more than one but I'll leave you with this thought. If the ignorant and the idolators are to be pardoned anyway why exactly did Jesus die?

So according to you, your twat god will fuck over poor bastards that never had the opportunity to hear about him. Therefore having no chance to believe in him. Seems a right cocksucker.

Nicely phrased, obviously a bid to insinuate your way into God's favour ;) If you read the rest of the posts you'll see that it is people who reject God who will be doing this to themselves as a consequence. No one has an excuse and God is completely just, it's part of his nature. He will judge, not you or me. If this makes you angry, that's perfectly normal. Disappointment when faced with the fact you're not divine and it isn't your universe to do as you like with is a common human experience. How will you choose to deal with it?

This quote from your original post seems to contradict what you are saying now. If the ignorant and the idolators are to be pardoned anyway why exactly did Jesus die? You can't have it both ways, god is either judging everyone or only those who reject. Choose one.

As he is less real than the Simpsons I have nothing to worry about.

No, I'm not trying to split hairs, everyone who does not actively accept Jesus as Lord is rejecting God. He has placed the evidence of creation before everyone and he will judge each and every one according to what each has done with what has been given to him, including knowledge, experiences, evidences, etc. He is "The Judge of all the earth" as I previously said, both those who reject him actively or passively and those who accept him. Being perfectly just is one of the defining attributes of God. So if you're perfect by his standards then indeed you have nothing to worry about.

I have more belief and fear in Sideshow Bob. What I don't get with you and other weirded up godpeople is your interpretation of punishment from god in the nonbelievers. According to you people from tribes in Papua New Guinea who have no access to the modern world and still live like they did 1000's of years ago will be fucked over by god as they don't actively worship him. They don't know about him, haven't heard of him and this wonderful evedence you mention is not known to them. Since he obviously hasn't introduced himself to them in person or by one of his godheads how can he judge them?

You can always cover your balls in the cold. When it's hot and sticky though there's no getting them comfortable.

Sideshow Bob sure scares me  God can judge those he created, which is everyone. His status as creator gives him the right. How he will judge them is justly because that's his nature. The poor people of Papua, who you can be sure Christians have been risking their lives trying to reach since it became possible, are a good example of an old problem. What about those who haven't heard? God's answer comes in 2 parts. Firstly make sure you are saved before you worry about judgement falling on them. How can you help them if you are perishing. Then when you're saved go and tell them about Jesus so that they may also be saved. Secondly, even those who have nothing but the world around them as evidence, like the aforementioned Papuans should be able to see that there is a God. If they reach out to him, he may indeed visit them in person, as he did with Isaac and other historical figures who did not have the full written word of God. God himself cites Abraham as an example of someone who despite living among unbelievers and not having the written word, believed, even having faith that God's promises to him would be fullfiled though he died before he saw it, and "it was credited to him as righteousness". How the final judgement of God will take account of degrees or shades of guilt or ignorance or righteousness is not revealed. We don't need to know beyond that justice will be done. What we are told clearly is the narrow way of salvation. Belief that Jesus Christ is the son of God, repentence of sins, new life in him. No other way or path or door. He said "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me." I hope this gives you more of an understanding of what it is you don't believe in.:)
