Brain transfer

Yeah she does, but the brain is in some other place of her body, not in the head.

Do you mean physically moving the brain from one body to another, or simply downloading all the information contained in a brain into another brain (possibly using a third temporary brain as backup storage)?
TempBrain = YourBrain; YourBrain = MyBrain; MyBrain = TempBrain;
I imagine it would be less painful than having your brain and spinal column removed and replaced (unless you could find a way to detatch the nerve endings from the brain, although I expect that HP Labs are probably working on some kind of connector - now, where's my nerve splicing tool?). :)ChrisB ChrisDoesDev[^]

Take an example, If both of us changed our brains, I do your works. You do my works. When I look at my face on the mirror, I will think that this is not my body somebody kept my brain here. But you think that I am a ghost and I entered into this body  :(:^);P;):-D:)

1. In case TempBrain not available what are the possibilities? 2. Either way I need to swap the content, if it is possible to just transfer the information it is good otherwise brain transplant will do.
Swap two brains without using a third brain[^] (Using XOR) MyBrain = MyBrain ^ YourBrain; YourBrain = MyBrain ^ YourBrain; MyBrain = MyBrain ^ YourBrain; :)

or like this ?
Yourbrain = Yourbrain + Mybrain Mybrain = Yourbrain - Mybrain Yourbrain = Yourbrain - Mybrain

Because our thoughts(generated by the brain) make up our conscience and self-awareness, this procedure would be improperly named "Brain Transfer". Instead it should be called "Total Body Transfer" because if would ever going to wake up after such an operation you would realize that YOU live in a different body, not that you have a different brain.
No, no, no. Everybody knows that the seat of conciousness is the chakras, so you would have a new brain. be warned, the transfer may mess with your head chakras.

Well if Paris Hilton's brain was transferred to me, I'd think I'm so hot.

I assume that somebody started the transfer on her and then stopped for some reason.

Let's imagine... Your body is going to die of an disease or old age, but your brain is still healthy. So the doctors tranfer your brain into the 90% healthy body of a traffic victim who just broke his neck. You wake up in a new body, you see a foreign guy in the mirror and so on. When you finally leave the hospital, people on the street greet you and they ask how you survived your accident. How would it be to explain that you are somebody else?

I know kids put transfers on their arms to look like tattoos but isn't this taking things too far?

It has allready been done with monkeys some decades before.

The complete news: "Controversy continued on Monday as surgeons successfully transplanted little Django's brain into a robot monkey body. Scientists now say human-to-robot brain transplants will be possible within ten years. On a sad note, however, Django died late Tuesday, after drinking his own urine." So the question is: "Would you put your brain in a robot body?"
-
That would give whole new meaning to "give someone brain".

I have seen it on a TV documentary. I don't remember much of the details, like date, place, and who did it. They were saying that after a few hours the monkey wake up and act somewhat normal. eat, play, etc...

That is already possible. There is a chimp in Africa that has convinced others to live harmoniously and peacefully. Before the transplant, the chimp used conniving tricks to dispose of other powerful chimps in the jungle. The brain transplant succeded; last that I heard, the original brain of the chimp was transplanted to the incumbent president ruling one of the most powerful country on earth, the US. ;)
