And how does that work? Is there no way we can get to the server (via IP or temp domain) to export data?

I don't think that was an option. Michael Butler who was running it has apparently had some health issues and the site hadn't been maintained for some time. It came as much as surprise to me as anyone else. However, I've not been involved with WDevs since Michael took it over.

A shame, I hope Michael is feeling better.

Do you just mimick what ever someone already said before you? The page is clearly a parking page. The site it is supposed to go to no longer exists.

I guess Michael Butler didn't pay the hosting bill.

Wasn't he[^] who deleted all his messages and articles and just went away because of some discussion about something quite irrelevant in the SB? I can't recall what was the actual topic. Anyway, no messages or articles from here, but I clearly remember his name around here.

Yey, thinking I'd lost all my blogs off WDevs, I remembered that I've been using SauceReader for a while for blogging, a quick hack around it's data files uncovers all my blog postings :jig: Now just need a new blog site

wordpress.com seems nice, no ads, not gimmicky, but sufficient (guess 1 million bloggers cant be wrong ;P)

Google Reader can still show your blog posts back to Oct 7, 2005. You can see all posts on one page there (if you scroll down, it'll load the older posts with AJAX). Maybe its easier to grab from there than to click through Google's web cache.
