I train my eyesight by looking at babes. You have to focus on their figure. Their legs are important too. :-D

I'm not sure that you can improve it, but you can look after what you already have. It's important to take regular breaks from staring at your monitor, every 4 hours or so, and stare into the distance to let the muscles around your eyes relax. Eat lots of leafy green vegetables, don't smoke and always wear UV blockout sunglasses in the sun. Cheers, Anthony.

The obvious I think :- lots of fresh air, fruit & veges, exercise, and a good night's sleep. Good posture and a good display/monitor My company pays for yearly eye-checks to detect any deterioration etc 'g'
Absolutely

This is good for all of us who spend hours a day in front of the computer. I try to remember the optometrists' advice: 20/20/20. Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.

I don't see how it's possible to improve it, the eye is an organ which degrades with age, all you could presumably do is slow down the process. A developer doesn't need good eyes any more than an accountant or a plumber does.

I'm told that it's also very good for your circulatory system. My friend's heart doctor told him to look at all the pretty ladies he can, especially since his quadruple by-pass operation last November. So now my friend tells his wife "I have to, doctor's orders".
