Explorer extension
-
How does one go about making their own extensions to Windows? I wanna be able to select a bunch of songs in an explorer window, right click on them and select a "Save to Mediaplayer playlist", and have it write a Wmp file right in the directory. That way, next time I come back, I can just hit that playlist and get my songs running, just quick and dirty and on-the-fly. Can this be done or is it something Windows Media Player has to set up themselves? Maybe it's been done already. If so, please let me know.

You'll have to create a shell extension for that. See The Windows Shell
Trinity: Neo... nobody has ever done this before. Neo: That's why it's going to work.
