    Well, i almost hate to do this. There are so many great things in the works, it nearly seems a shame to release anything now, without them... But nothing stifles new development like a backlog of unreleased features*****, and so with great pleasure i present to you CPhog 1.9 - The Hot, Lazy July Edition[^]. Notable improvements include: threads longer than 50 messages will now load in full, "ForumWatch" customizable sidebar panels, and "QuickBio" pop-up user profiles. There are a few other interesting changes you might stumble across as well, not to mention a whole host of exciting new bugs and regressions. Many thanks to David Stone for his excellent work on this release, not just in the ForumWatch stuff but under the hood in many key areas of code structure and general quality. Not to mention hosting the source repository and bugs database. Oh, and one last thing - if you use and enjoy CPhog, consider donating to the cause of one of our testers. Enjoy... *with the possible exception of even newer projects...

    Yes, but can you blame them for doing so if that's the only legal way they can hire programmers they want at the rate they can afford?

    Is there a way to disable some of CPHog's new features, like the "Quick Post" and "Right Sidebar"? Thanks!

    Trinity: Neo... nobody has ever done this before. Neo: That's why it's going to work.

          Ok, I've upgraded, and now it doesn't seem to be working any more. The script is active according to Greasemonkey, but I don't get the little bob, or any of the cphog features :(

                  Don't use CPhog. ;P Seriously though...that's one thing I'm looking into for the next release. We've had so many complaints from our beta users about the right sidebar (mostly just code-frog though :rolleyes:) that it's clear that some people don't like everything we do. You should really give the right sidebar a try though. It takes less work for your brain to find the edge of the screen and start reading than it does for your brain to find the edge of the orange bar. And you can't argue with that...it's science. ;)

                              The errors vary but on the codeproject homepage I get in FreshGrease.js.txt line 2677 function WarnNewCphog() { var scriptPath; if ( typeof(cphog) != "undefined" ) { scriptPath = cphog.BootScriptPath; } else { scriptPath = cphog.Preferences.ScriptPath; <-- Error is here - says "cphog is not defined" }

                                Well now that's different. The only thing I can think of is that your update failed somehow. Go ahead and uninstall the GM script and reinstall it. Don't get rid of your prefs though.

                                  I did the uninstall/reinstall thing. Also did the same with Greasemonkey. No change. I never had any preferences to uninstall. I have in the past temporarily lost CPhog functionality but it has always come back.
