Blocking his IP wouldn't be a bad idea... his user name, forcing a blackout at his house...

We could try ignoring him. After a day it will probably go away. The next best thing is delete the account and don't allow new accounts to be created for 24 hours.

At this point, I think it's better to leave them here, in case Chris wants to take it further with this guy's ISP. I can't speak for him, but that's what I would be doing at this point. He obviously has no idea how the site works, or he'd realise that it's the users voting him down, although it is true that I've been deleting his posts, because he's essentially attacking the site.

best would be to stop creating top level posts discussing this guy. They'll just clutter up things more. (maybe if you have to say something, post it under Luis' post) btw. CG is already at it

The only correct answer to that is "no". Because for it to be otherwise there would have to have been something to miss.

Let me get this straight. Rex aka code_frog petitions Code Project members for money. Someone challenges his story. The solution is to censor the challenger. This is bullshit, especially since Rex answered the charges in a cogent matter. I am seriously considering ceasing my association with this web site.

Don't sweat it. I never should have ever done what I did. Problem solved. No worries man. It's all good. Don't blame your peers for wanting to act on instincts and emotions. That's the stuff that saves human lives when you don't have time to think you can only act using the stuff your parents raised you with. Keep your account here. I did answer the guy. He didn't let up. I think that's the issue people have. But it's moot. I have spoken with the State of Idaho, my CPA and the lawyer who drafted our will. I'm not doing a thing illegal and they all know my story. They know who I am. They know what I've been through. The CPA was there all night long the night my daughter had her first surgery. I can provide a real name and number to his office but I need his permission first. ... ... Actually... Nix that. This is a dead issue. Thankfully my daughter is still alive. Let that be enough. I've caused a major problem here and I sincerely regret it.
