Just been on a 2 week holiday, and spent the whole time without access to the internet/web/email etc. Thouroughly enjoyed it too, untill it came time to view my bulging inbox :omg: Whats your longest period without the internet, and did you enjoy it?

a couple of days, and no. I'm addicted.

1 week while on holiday in Islay Scotland doing a Whisky tour (9 distilleries on a small island). Thought I would miss it but after a couple of drams I thoroughly forgot it existed...well enough to at least enjoy the holiday anyway.

I think the longest was a week. At the time I was getting about 50 emails a day. My husband is addicted to the internet. When we flew to Puerto Rico (6 hours) the first thing he did was hook up the computer. I unpacked.

recently, a week. Over the years, I have gone without for multiple weeks to a full month. Enjoy the internet while you have it, you never know when you will be shipped to a dark site. :)

About 40 years. I enjoyed a lot of that. Then someone invented the internet ... I'm still not sure who it was :)

Longest I've gone without Internet at anytime was 2 days, and I thought I was going to go crazy :-O

Longest time for me was 2 days. Bad thing was I forgot the username of a site which I just register before going to holiday :doh:

two weeks.. holidays mostly though when i moved to germany for my work placement, i couldnt get internet in my room for nearlly 2 months so was either in a friends room at work or in a cybercafe. that was madding and i hope it never happens again. what was the count on your indox? 100 :laugh: 1000 :(( 10000 :omg: 100000 :wtf::mad::wtf:

One month. I moved, hooked up the home network, but didn't use it for a month. It wasn't a priority, and it made me realize that I wasn't dependent on the internet at all. But, after a month, I started getting back on the computer/internet, and I was in the same boat as I was before the move.
