    I need to check enable and disable (using Javascript code) value of following steps: Tools->Internet Options->Security->LocalIntranet->Custom Level->initialize and script activeX controls not marked as safe for scripting I need to change values in registy of Enabling and Disabling using Javascript code. If my question was not good defined plz ask.

      OK, if what you want to do works, then it's a huge security hole, and I hope Microsoft fixes it soon. In other words, forget it. Perhaps your intentions are benign, but you're asking how to do something that every person trying to spread a virus via the web would want to do. I'm sure there were ways to do that in 1998, but not today.
