Sounds like you need to upgrade to Web 2.0! Honestly, you're going to have to provide more details about the situation if you expect to get any guidance.

Just turn your modem off, open internet explorer, try browse to http://google.com . Now turn your modem back on and try browse to the same page. You will notice it loads waaaaay faster the secound time.

Spray all of your cables with WD40 - I think you're having a problem with the bits sticking.

Can you put this into a format we can read? Try this, unplug the phone line from your computer then get a real ISP

If I understand you correctly you want to ask - how to increase internet speed. - Preferable solution is to change your ISP as someone already mentioned. - I don't know how to increase speed of web page but you can increase other file download speed to some extent using third party downloading softwares like Download Accelerator Plus or Gigaget. These program opens multiple connection to a downloadable file and your download can get a little faster.

You have very little to no control over this. Other than, what's already been suggested, changing ISP's. Even then, you will probably not see much of a difference on dial up. You're only real speed increase is going to come from changing your connection type. Like a cable modem or DSL. Seeing as you're in Iran, I don't think you have those options. If dial up is your only connection option, your stuck. It's that simple.

While WD-40 will clear up almost any disorder short of virginity, it sounds more like a case of tangled cables. The zeroes slip around tight corners just fine, but the ones aren't so smooth and sometimes get stuck. The only way to be sure is to use a packet analyzer to view the data stream. If a large number of packets are being resent because of corruption, it's a sure sign that only some bits are getting hung up, and it's likely that the ones are at fault. Taking the tight bends out of the cable will repair this condition. If it's a truly slow connection, then all packets will be unusually delayed (high latency) rather than being corrupted, and WD-40 or a change of ISP is indicated.
