I just received two emails from "webmaster" webmaster at codeproject.com. There is an attachment "Video_part.mim". I didn't download it. I don't think it was sent by CP webmaster. How does this person know my email? Any idea?

It may look fun. But I would suggest not to open attachments from untrusted sources for fear of e-Epidemics or virus outbreaks.

It's obviously not sent by CP. You might have something on your computer that simply read your contacts list, and then sent you mail on behalf of them. You can type anything in the "from" email address when sending mail.

No just in case,if someone just works there to defame CP by sending virus attachments? It's mostly not. But just keeping Chris informed about it would be good.

Yahoo can show full headers. Go to Mail Options and General. There should be an option for Message View Display.

Satips - why do you post the same message that has already been posted about 4 minutes earlier but change the words around? You do it in the C# forums as well.
