Setting background transparent for using shockwaveFlash control on .NET?

Hi :) i wanna to set transparent setting for my ShockwaveFlash component in my Visual C#.NET or Visual VB.NET projects. we know with Transparet setting for ShockwaveFlash component, the background colour of ShockwaveFlash will be removed. Thanks a lot
