Obviously you weren't aware of the meaning if you thought it had anything to do with homosexuality.

Wow, sounds like someone needs to calm down. BTW, you should be questioning your own sexuality for wearing those huge pink glasses you have on in your profile picture.

QUOTE: Wow, sounds like someone needs to calm down. definitely, its 30 minutes to quiting time. every time i hear or read that word it makes me think of 12 year old Halo kids locked in their parents basement skipping school so they can give themselves carpal tunnel by the time they drop out of high school. He's doing a line from the '40 year old virgin' movie. The idea, at least as I read it, is not to suggest the term has anything to do with homosexuality, but just that it's lame.

What a drag. Now i have to either change my habit of blazing through forums while waiting for tests to run, reading and voting as i go, or i have to write a script to queue up votes and disperse them at a more relaxed pace. Vote:     1 == this sucks     2 == meh.     5 == shog should print out posts he hates and throw darts at them in lieu of voting     6 == i killed the dinosaurs! muahahahahah...

Yes, but can you blame them for doing so if that's the only legal way they can hire programmers they want at the rate they can afford?

you could write a script or you could install ssh on your home PC, then create a dynamic port from putty on your work pc, and use firefox (or portable firefox... ;) ) configure the proxy, and vote from there. OR you could do "mstsc /con /v xx.xx.xx.xx" repacing x's with your home IP, like the cave men used to do :)

I vote about once a month and I'm pretty sure that puts me well inside the tolerance of new rules. Just email me I'll throw votes for you. Aside from that... like a lot of other recent posts I think this is giving the trolls more of a rush/feed and will only incite them further. Not directed at you at all Josh. I just think the trolls now have this place in a death grip with all the press they are getting. I think we should just implement a zero tolerance policy. - You troll, you get banned. Re-register with a new email and try again. No questions, not spotlight. Just zap, you're gone. Feel free to come back and try again.
