I voted you a one because I think the whole CN thing should remain in the 20th century where it died the first time around. ;) However it's just about time for a redux of "all your base are belong to us" so if you see any of those... :)

Honestly I never gave CN a second thought until I saw all the posts about him at CP. I used to have a picture of that rabbit who balances things on his head. He had about 20 pancakes on his head with the caption "All your pancakes are belong to me."

Yeah right. Just because you are a failure at life doesn't mean you should try to take it out on me.

Failure eh? Well I have a great career, I own my $200,000+ home (I don't know many 39 year olds who can say that), I have a loving wife and son, an employer who loves having me work there and I'm just plain happy. I guess if thats your definition of a "failure" then I am guilty as charged :)

I don't know about that, depends when you bought it.  Our farm when Mum & Dad were 39 was valued at £2000 / acre, so excluding the house, farm buildings and renovated barns you're looking at £2000 * 57 = £114,000 ~ $234,000.  Of course it didn't cost that to buy, bought in 1987 it was about £90,000.

We bought this house 12 years ago, the selling price was $155,000. When we had it appraised last year when we finally paid it off it appraised at $235,000
