Just curious. Coffee table discussion. Not intended to start a flame war. If you don't have one, that's fine too. Marc

Wow, that's pretty broad. The GIMP is probably my all-time favorite open-source app - before there was a usable Windows build, i would keep at least one Linux install around just for that app. Of course, in terms of time spent, i use Firefox more than just about any other app, open-source or otherwise. There are all sorts of good libraries - i'm having fun with ZedGraph right now - but i'm not sure what i'd put down as my favorite.

Well, the only one I've ever really used is NUnit, so I guess that's the winner for me. Then again, I'm a big fan of my WPF.JoshSmith library. :)

ToDoList. It's how I keep track of my daily/weekly/quarterly/annual accomplishments, so when review time rolls around, it's easy for me to demonstrate how much I kick ass the value I add to the company. ;)

+1 for The GIMP. I use the Windows version at home and at work, and it's not without its annoying glitches, but I've gotten better and better at using it. I have zero training as a graphic artist, but feel like I can churn out some pretty cool stuff now. I never would have gotten into it with something I would have to pay for like Photoshop.
