Well, how about a cartoon character: Bush would be Wiley E. Coyote. Always trying to blow things up, always bumbling it. I guess that would make Al Queda The Roadrunner, harhar.

AFAIK the chief of state in Canada is the Head of the Commonwealth, thus being the Queen of England. am I right?

Not since 1707 has there been a Queen of England. The current Monarch is Queen Elizabeth II (sic) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of the Commonwealth. The reason I put the "(sic)" after the "II" was is that there hasn't been a Queen Elizabeth the first of the United Kingdom, or of Great Britain. When QEI of England died in 1603 she left no heir. The King of Scotland (James VI) was her closest relative and so he was crowned King James I of England in the Union of the Crowns. In 1707 the separate designation of King/Queen of Scotland and England was dropped in favour of King/Queen of Great Britain. Ireland was added in 1800 and left in 1922.

Well, since my country doesn't have a president I have to ask in what capacity of the POTUS do you mean so I can select the correct individual. Head of State Head of the Government Head of the Military As I live in Scotland this is more difficult as there are two levels of country. Scotland is a country (but it isn't internationally recognised as such). The UK is the entity that is internationally recognised. So, while I recognise one head of government, the world recognises another.
