hello frnd, out organisation allow us to take break of 10 minutes after every 2 hours of working, in that 10 minutes every one must tell some joke or good thought is it nice concept...? some employee feels that it's boaring..some feel it's nice what u think...? Good Thought: In Rainy Season all birds find the sheter but Eagle only one bird avoids rain by flying above the clouds :: PEOBELMS ARE SAME TO ALL BUT WAY OF SOLVING IS DIFFERENT regards, koolprasad2003:) Be a good listener...Because Opprtunity knoughts softly...N-Joy

I rather prefer myself not to spend that 10 mins with office-guys. Dude, seriously, in that 10 mins, grab a cup of coffee and sit back relax. Its far better than talking to cubicle-friends.

Sounds like a terrible idea, there are some really bad jokes out there and I would find it too much of a distraction. Would not like it myself, and no, that's not because I don't have a sence of humor ;)

the break every 2hour is good :) having to talk/joke with people would annoy me, you know when your on the deadline(or behind) a joke doesnt help what so ever:mad:. anyhow i'd rather go get a drink and if there is a pretty lady in the office(secretary) i could talk and joke with them instead of talking about WORK with my colleges in my break :) a break is a good way to let your subconscious figure out the problem(s):-D

The idea of a break is nice1 but the way they dictate what you have to do is not2. 1 Except when a deadline looms and you are forced to take a break. 2 Especially when you see 1.
