      A perfect example of why I urged my present senators to defeat the "immigration reform" bill which would have increased the H1B quotas (removing it entirely for those with graduate degrees). If your's voted for this travesty, I suggest you consider voting against them next opportunity. Many in congress seemed perfectly willing to allow this garbage to continue. The need to be outsourced next election.

                That should drive the price of them up quite nicely.  And, even with an SA law degree, I could quote (il)legally practice as a backstreet lawyer in the US.
