Visual Studio.Net Installation.

Hi, Recently I received the Beta for VS.Net. After installation of the windows Component update CD, I tried installing the visual studio.net Beta1 CD. While copying /intstalling files it says cannot find win32.ncb File. Can anybody please let me know what is the problem ? Thanks & regards, K M Bansal :confused:

I had the same problem with the Beta1 CD. The file layout on the CD is incompatable with some CD drives apparently. The installation failed on two different CD drives because the CD was not readable. Finally it worked on a Samsung 24x CD drive.

Try installing from your hd instead. Transfer the content of the two cd's to a single folder. It worked for me. ;)
