that depends on the person. Everyone makes mistakes, anyone who claims to have never made a mistake is a far greater danger. If she realizes this, she will smile, shake her head and remember when she probably did the same thing. She may be a little uncomfortable about you seeing the information, but mistakes do actually happen. If she is not this nice.... anything goes.

I would get in first. Accuse her of opening YOUR mail, and then when she tells you her mail has been opened, feign surprise and all is OK. Or, to make amends, buy her a nice plant or perhaps a small dog.

You could always marry her. I think husbands are legally entitled to open the mail of a spouse.

fear does little to help in this instance. You can offer flowers, send diamond rings, etc. Gifts help, offers of marriage might help too. But fear does not. What has happened, has happened, the consequences of that act will still happen if you fear it, or meet it with courage. Better to face it with courage, (not obstinance) than fear. just me, P.S. Don't forget the flowers, white roses show good intentions. At least in the states, not sure there.

If she was my previous ex-girlfriend, you would be sued from here to the last parenthesis*... But I'm pretty sure that she won't be my last ex-girlfriend because she lives in Spain... Regards... * http://www.xkcd.com/312/[^]

Don't worry I do it all the time, the lazy postman always posts mail to the first house on the street, in hope that that person will deliver it for him. Royal Mail "Would you trust us to deliver you letters."
