None unless you count the capabilities of my phone.

Ah. So you are a masochist. I won't argue with you then. ;)

Yeah, probably am. I don't listen to much music. At my computer I hook up Sirius online (which I have for the first year with my Jeep purchase). When I was flying allot I used the phone capabilities for the music. It was one less thing to carry and was good enough for me.

I think it's funny how some folks reply to a statement like "Apple sheep". The reply is generally from those that fall in that category, because they don't realize that it doesn't mean all people that own Apple products, but rather the people that will purchase anything made by Apple, because it's Apple. They make a choice to take it personally.

Great, so the guy who doesn't listen to much music is commenting on a thread about what device we listen to music on. Excuse me while I go to the Lesbians Who Use Egg Beaters forum and tell them all Phillips make the best one... No offense meant, MP3 players just make us narchy :)

Yeah because the only brand that works is Apple. Right. The rest of the corporate West has no affect on you. Aren't you the strong, independent, free thinking man about town.

[iTunes] ain't much better on OSX, unless they have made some drastic improvements recently.
That surprises me... I always assumed it was horrible under windows because Apple did a sloppy job of porting it. I didn't think it would also be that way under OSX. I like some parts of it, like the iTunes store interface, but it's just so damn slow.

Get more RAM! After I added another GB to my machine it started working much better (of course, my home machine has Vista.)

I use a portable hard drive, since I am almost always at a computer or near one. It has a 160 GB hard drive in it. Holds my entire collection of over 400 CD on it easily, with room to spare for movies and other software.

Yeah those work nicely. My external HD is 500gb and is nearly full now though.
