Wow, really pathetic.. I have a question though, is there something similar to the US's free speech anywhere else in the world? (Forgive me I went to a public school in the US, I'm suprised I'm aware of rights in my own country) This seems like this would fly in the face of anything like that.

I'm pretty sure there have been more than a few cases in the US over user-generated-content. Forums, wikis etc. ISPs have been entangled too. Not sure of the outcomes of them but it is still a worry AFAIR.

What's the difference between boogers and broccoli? Kids wont eat broccoli! Which knight helped King Arthur build his round table? Sir Cumference! Why was the obtuse angle upset? Firm sues forum to silence critics[^] 1) This is pathetic. I guess they don't understand what the word "Customer Relations" means. 2) I'm ashamed this is in Australia :sigh: I thought we were above that.

AFAIK, this is one of those areas where it gets less abstract, and suddenly you have courts balancing the perceived value of freedom with the perceived cost of careless words. The big difference in the US is that libel cases center around intent rather than effect. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slander_and_libel[^]
