Ahmadinejad Comments On Ground Zero Flap

It's a farse, just like the past six years under our current administration. He and Bush are both pawns in the hands of radical ideological groups that would otherwise not be in power if the relatively secular but completely ignorant minds saw their them in their full force. It's already too late for Iran, they won't break free of their extremist leadership, that's been in place for 30-something years. America still has that choice, even if elections are rigged, as long as the Constitution still stands and the Courts are willing to uphold it. You may want to vote me down, but look... as the right buttons get pushed, a zombified populace will always go along with what seems right at that moment, going along with the "leader" that says what they want to hear. That's why we are in Iraq, that's why millions of Jews have been killed in the concentration camps. Psyched up but totaly ignorant people. In case of Iraq, there hasn't been any sufficient planning put in before the invasion. Just tons of excitement, money and scantly clad celebrities posing in camouflage-themed rags. In the case of the masacre brought on by the Nazis, it's just an instance of picking a scapegoat for the problems the society has brought on to itself. During the French Revolution, the people were justifiably angry at the royal family, but then after they have been removed from the throne, the new government wasn't able to handle the same problems, but the "enemy of the people" spirit hadn't wore off, and the response to continue killing, and killing, and killing. Now think of Stalin. If that wan't enough, Pol Pot. And this was thoroughly modern nations. Things like this may continute to repeat as long as nobody learns from history. It's about time Soapbox-ians stopped blindly arguing and trolling, and sat down to think. Roswell

I hope you don't think I was. Just waking up so bare with me. Things are what they are, and learning from history isn't going to change much. Why, because someone will learn the mistakes of the Nazis, Stalin, and even Saddam. People with evil intent will also have evil on the mind. There will always be the majority that is blind and goes about doing whatever they are told because it feels right at the time. Also, there is a group of people that are willing to lead them, whether the leader's intention are for good or evil that makes the difference. My position is: we should hang Bin Ladin, Saddam got what he deserved. If Ahmadinejad gets out of line and starts killing his people like Saddam or if he makes a move at Israel and/or any acts against other countries. Then we should go destroy his army, hang him, and then leave that country. Wars are going to happen, people innocent or not will die, and there will even be someone who makes a lot of money out of it. That is, in my opinion, just human nature. Not sure if I made sense, I am still waking up.

But he said they should do what Laguardia (another former mayor) did years ago when a German representative came to the U.N. He asked for Jewish officers to volunteer for the escort.
