VB.NET designer error

hi guys im facing this peculiar problem in my VB.NET application, if i open a form in design view, this below error is generated ,,, the design view shows the below error instead of the controls any suggestions welcomed ErrorImage One or more errors encountered while loading the designer. The errors are listed below. Some errors can be fixed by rebuilding your project, while others may require code changes. The path is not of a legal form.
