Outlook 2007 question
-
With Outlook 2003, if an e-mail arrived with an embedded picture, it showed up as a box with a red X instead. If I right-clicked the picture, a context menu popped up with four options: Download Pictures Change Automatic Download Settings Add Sender to Safe Senders List Add the Domain to Safe Senders List With Outlook 2007, those bottom three options are not available. Where did they get moved to?

They still exist, right where you describe, on my Outlook 2007 installation. [modification] Sorry, just re-read your post. They aren't on the picture anymore, but on the "information bar" that appears at the top of the message. This bar is either at the very top, just above the header information (and below the ribbon) if you are viewing the message outside of the preview pane. Inside the preview pane, it appears below the sender but above the sent date. In either case, the text of the bar reads: "Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of some pictures in this message." You can right click on that "bar" and you will see your options. [/modification]
Scott.

Must be a bit tedious running over to your co-workers computer everytime you get a mail. :)

Yeah, with four of us in the office, the keyboard and mouse on that system are in constant motion!

That system should be the most used system? :-D Like what we call and use as FileServers, can we nick name it as OutlookServer?
