      i used Fontographer a few years back. worked fine.

        Try here[^]. I've used TypeTool for awhile to make GIS symbol libraries and to edit fonts I need to tweak for various publications. It works great. I haven't tried the more full-blown font editors so I can't comment on them. Cheers, Drew.
