When people stop paying. I wasn't too bothered, but with it being Simon Pegg I just might go and see it. So far, apart from Mission Impossible 3, he hasn't appeared in a bad film. If you get the chance to see Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead, you really owe it to yourself to do so.

I thought Shaun of the Dead was brilliant, wasn't too keen on Hot Fuzz though

I suppose I appreciated Hot Fuzz more being a Brit (and more importantly having grown up in a police family). It was spot on with the police.

I could appreciated it also, having lived in Northhamptonshire for a couple of years. Just didn't think it was a good as Shaun. Different tastes and all. Now if you want police comedy, you have to watch Police Squad

This is terrible news! I don't dislike Pegg, far from it, but Pegg as Spock? Booooo!

So instead of picking a dark haired scot, they pick a blonde haired englishman to play a dark haired scot? Spock would be whirling in his grave if he was dead. Illogical Captain.

Actually, that would be a dark haired American playing a scot.

Hoist with my own petard! You are quite right of course, except whilst James Doohan is strictly speaking, American as he is from the Continent of America, he would claim to be Canadian! Er make those is's was!

Me too, great to see him getting the challenging roles. Run Fat Boy Run is as much a romantic drama as a comedy, well worth seeing. Elaine :rose:
