                hey ! RSS feeds are really cool ... really they are XML files this is kind of facility using that you can get data from other websites if they provide as a xml file ... example : if u wanna buy one product what you do ? just search all the website ... really u dont wanna do that .... if one website provides all the details then u would be well benifited... RSS feeds helps to share the data through xml format among websites. Example URL that gives a RSS feeds(xml file) : http:\\msdn.microsoft.com\rss.xml in this website microsoft provides a xml file that describes microsoft's new announcements....

                  Click on the link and read Scott's blog. It explains in detail. RSS is basically a XML file, which follows certain standards. Instead of using inbuilt controls , you can use XML manipulation classes provided with .NET to manage with RSS.
