how to disable refresh tab of a browser

Why do you want to do that? It's the browser's functionality.. In other words, embrace the browser's functionality and design for it, rather than attempt to design against it.

i am inserting data in a data base if i refresh page same data get inserting multiple time so i want to disable it.
