I want the bests of their departments. Anyway I've been watching this "The God Father"- I , II , III. Interests me. The story has some depth. So many characters, flash backs, it takes us to a story of three generations..has got some real good weightage in the movie. I also wouldn't want to watch a shiny brand new movie unless it's exceptionally good to watch. The movies of 70s 80s and early 90s makes me feel calm.. For example, in The God Father, though you'd hear a lot of Gun shots(a gangsta moive) , it's still a slow-frame movie..I liked it. No matter if it takes hours to see it, I like it. So something like that.. you get it?

I'm amazed no one has mentioned any of the Godfather movies. You ought to watch all three once at least. so here goes: Godfather (I, II, III) Brave Heart Boon Dock Saints Clockwork Orange The Departed 2001 Space Odyssey Planet of the Apes (the original) Seven Samurai (Japanese Version)

Nearly brought tears to my eyes. Mind you, I haven't even travelled abroad :( much less an NRI. Watched it for the first time 2 months back, but I've seen it like 20 times since then :omg: *Every* single song is amazing[^] I like everything about the movie - the dialogues, the lyrics, the background score, the songs, but best of all, Gayatri Joshi. :-O

Oh lordy, there are hundreds I think you should see...and see more than once. You have a nice list there, I think you should add: Delicatessen Sling Blade Nell Lawrence Of Arabia Ace in the Hole Sunset Boulevard Young Frankenstein Blazing Saddles 5th Element The Professional Unforgiven That's a good start.
