Cant open CMD

Every time I open it, it just blinks for a second and disappears, I know it's a virus changing some line in the registry, but which one exactly??

Haven't had that one for some time, but my guess is it's some variant of the Brontok virus. Try googling for a fix.:)

Thank you guys but I'm looking for something like this.. To enable regedit
reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
I need something similar to enable cmd and I dont seem to find it by googling. Please let me know if you find out anything.

That's not likely to be a registry setting. Registry settings would disallow the program to run at all, not run for a few seconds then quit. More than likely, you have a rootkit of some sort, and it monitors for certain kinds of windows opening, then just sends them a WM_CLOSE. Because it's likely a rootkit, you won't see it running in your taskmgr and it will be more or less invisible.
