You gave me Rush to love, and tonight I was listening to one of my favourite Canadian songs; Mmmmm Mmmmm Mmmmm. I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed this song. Thank you Canada, and thank you Crash Test Dummies - a song that's within the reach of my vocal register.

Yikes! That and Patio Lanterns are on my top 10 list of most despised, vile, putrid schmaltzy songs of all time. Now some of the old Max Webster stuff was excellent; Kim Mitchell on his own is like David Lee Roth on his own without Van Halen.

        Nope. Stopping at Rush

That's a bit unfair. You're right about Rush though. Thanks to them, technical proficiency, drum solos and sci-fi concept albums almost seem like a good idea.

Thanks to the band Yes we had irrefutable proof of that long before Rush came along. :)

Oooh I was at a friends place about a year ago and him and his bandmates were watching a rush tour dvd, it was excellent! The giant rotating drum kit was pretty cool as well.
