I'm not trying to brag. I'm just so totally happy. Maybe if others see and they know it can be done they might try to. http://www.code-frog.com/milestone.htm[^] My favorite thing I learned along the way... Hot sauce is fat free and low calorie. Bring it!!!

The saving grace of the southwest! Unfortunately Enchiladas aren't as fat-free. Congrats on the achievement! Unfortunately Bronco Butt here isn't even down to what you weighed at your heaviest. But I am working on it. Little by little. :) Congrats!

Congrats. I've lost about 30 pounds and was commenting that it's the equivalent whole one year old. He had just lost the equivalent of a whole middle schooler, and it sounds like you've done the same. That's pretty amazing. Hopefully I'll be getting in better shape soon. I was just fitted for a CPAP mask a couple of days ago. My wife, and hearing yours and Jeffry's experiences encouraged me to look into my snoring problem. It turns out I have minor apnea, it only goes up to 5 events per hour, but that kicks in during REM sleep. The snoring is what is really bad. It woke me up around 60 times in one night after snoring 2,500 times. No wonder I'm tired all the time, and hopefully I'll be just that much healthier getting a good nights sleep.

I was *so* hoping I would ditch the apnea. My mask broke about a week ago and I watched the clock I was full awake the whole night. In my last sleep study I had 87 or 97 events an hour I don't remember which. I still have it though and it stinks. Oh well... I'm so used to sleeping with CPAP now I don't know that I could without one anyways. The CPAP helps my sleep so much!!!

Really?! Damn, either she's a lightweight, really short or I really suck at converting pounds to kilograms. Probably the latter. ;P

4'11" tall. Was a world class gymnast during her time. Was ranked in the top 25 U.S. Gymnasts and was on pace for the Barcelona Olympics until she met me and we decided we'd rather get married. She's also pretty much all muscle (not sure if that helps your math or not).:-D

Ah, OK. How nice! :) It's been a while since I last measured my height, but I think I'm about that tall. I'm also not nearly all muscle, which is probably a result of my mostly sedentary lifestyle. But, I also eat very well, not liking most sugary things. Actually, I think I have weights somewhere in my room. I should find them, and lift them. But yeah, I guess my maths doesn't suck after all.
