Multiple Websites Using Same Codebase

Hi, I am about to build several websites which will look different but all hold the same type of content in the same core page structure. The content for all sites will be held in 1 db and the relevant content pulled by each site. Ideally I would like to build the pages once and then use them in each site with a different asp.net theme applied. I've searched about and found some information which is close to this but nothing explaining this exact scenario. Is there any documentation I've missed on this or any best practice guidelins available for this problem? Any advice will be appreciated. William
