GMail has this funny quirk, it uses your local computer's time to tell you how much free space you get on the gmail homepage. Today if you go to gmail.com it says you get around 4900 MB of free storage. If you change the year on your pc to 2020 it says you have 22000 MB and if you go back in time it lowers the amount of space that you have.

Not sure I want to be out of sync. with the rest of the world just to get 22gb of hard-to-use online storage ;) Still, an odd "feature" of GMail.

Does this mean if I go to the very end of time I will have an infinite memory allocation? :)

regardless of what it says (and you haven't said if you verified it, I have seen the email floating around -- personally I would call it another urban legend unless you verify it), the question is what you can actually get AND utilize. If you believe everything you read, I've got a great deal for you. I have some beach front property in the Tularosa Basin I can sell you. :-D

I just tried it out and set my year to 2090 and it told me I have 6.696968 MB of storage, and then my virus scanner crashed and I am over 2000 weeks late for many meetings.
